* Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately. As a shipping lead i was responsible for opening and closing the warehouse as well as designating 10-30 employees . I also would have to make sure all orders and paperwork was ready for the trucks at the end of my shift. i also assisted the plant engineer with multiple projects as well as implementing a new inventory management system with picking orders.

* The Tech/Data Support Specialist position is responsible for supporting end-users with technical and data related issues. * Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and some software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients * Resolve computer and printer issues for production floor and office staff * Prioritizing and managing open cases * Provide daily resolution to shipping exceptions and investigate abnormalities. * Monitor late orders, research issues and provide feedback to shipping teams. * Alert Plant Engineer of reoccurring concerns and provide resolution ideas. * Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with management and employees to resolve issues * Assist Plant Engineer with projects * Other projects and tasks as assigned.
