* Responsibilities were; * Prepare daily working Plan. * Inspection of Dispensing, Manufacturing, Filling & Packing Area's. * Inspection of Coding, Packaging & Raw Material Store Area’s. * Sampling of All Packaging Materials. Like Tubes, Pet Bottles, Labels, Cartons, C Box, Caps, Dispenser Pumps etc. * Perform Analytical Test of all above Packaging Materials. * Prepare ATM (Analytical Test Method) & ATR (Analytical Test Report) of Packaging Materials. * Preparation of Packaging Specification & Packaging Test Procedure’s.

* Responsibilities were; * Receipt material’s Physical inspections (Paper/board, shipping case etc) * Making Material First Inspection Report. * Inspection of Production Area. (Offset / Flexo Printing, Die-Cutting, Forming, & Pasting Area. * Fountain Solution Testing. (PH, & Conductivity) * Analysis of formed cups and Glasses i.e. Hot and Cold analysis test. * Working on different Assignments such as Monthly Wastage Reports.

During this period i was attached with, Reservoir, Micro-paleontology, & Sedimentology Branches of Geological & Reservoir Laboratory. (G&R Labs.)

* Responsibilities were; * Calibrated electrical instrument like pH meter and weighting Balance. * Prepare daily working Plan. * Inspection of Production area, Ware house, Packaging store, Raw material store & Coding. * Line inspection in Liquid Manufacturing, Liquid Packing & Blister area. * Physical testing of Tablet (Thickness, Hardness, D.T. , Average Weight etc) * Moisture testing of granules for Tablet. * Packaging material testing and released. (like Shippers, Cartons, Plastic & Glass bottles, * Aluminum Foil, PVC, Caps, leaflet, Labels etc.) * Leakage testing of Tablets Strip and Sealed Bottle on Vacuum dryer. * Data feeding in computer Database.

* Responsibilities are: * In-process of sterile & non sterile areas * Verification & assurance of area monitoring & particle count * Environmental monitoring (Temp., R.H, Diff. pressure, air velocity) * Monitoring steam autoclaves, DHS (Dry Heat Sterilization), and other sterilized Equipment's * To monitor the dispensing activity in the warehouse during dispensing of raw material * Auditing the batch documents * Record of deviation during processes & rectifications * Monitoring and logging of rework and redressing processes * Verification of calibration of instruments * Perform any responsibility as and when assign by the management
