Responsible for the World Wide Support of the Creative Cloud Enterprise products at Adobe. Includes setting strategic stakeholders management for the group as well as execution and management of all support operations. Represent support at a management level in both internal and external meetings including management and resolution of escalations.Responsible to manager technical services for enterprise customers and managing great on-boarding experience for new enterprises while deploying desktop applications enabling cloud based services & self serve for administrators. • Ensure policies, procedures and agreement are consistently met• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, communicates information to the team, delegates and reviews team member assignments• Conducts performance assessments, provides timely feedback to the team• Conduct performance reviews of team members and identify areas for improvement• Identify resource and equipment requirements, capacity planning and hardware availability• Managing SME team from product release training, updates, and top issue management• Engagement with Product engineering teams to discuss ongoing trend and inhibitors updates• Accountable for personal achievement against performance targets• Part of product pre-release testing and feature functionality, training support engineer for readiness on new and existing Adobe Products.• Responsible for ongoing knowledge and skills development• Works with leadership and other ops staff to establish initiatives for the global support team• Mentor, guide and motivates team members to achieve goals and for learning initiatives • Interview and hire resources
