Over ten years at TCF, one of the largest employers in the country with 17000 staff, I have gained extensive hands-on experience in a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, training, payroll, compensation and benefits, and organization development. I have resigned from the position of Head of HR Services, a departmental unit comprising 30 people in three teams, with responsibility ranging from transactions to payroll to strategic planning and budgeting. Having grown at TCF from a conscientious junior member of a regional team to a departmental leader at the Head Office and successfully accomplished a challenging strategic mission, I am now in search of further avenues of professional development.
