I did a Skillbridge internship for RecruitMilitary when I got out of the Army. This internship focused on helping Military members translate their skillsets, set goals, write resumes, network, and find meaningful employment after their service.

I serve as an advisor and leader on all talent acquisition and recruiting stations. I oversees the transformation and organizational infrastructure change through technology evaluation, internal staffing levels, and creation of policy. I manage the formation of corporate culture committee to address internal attrition, employee engagement, and employee morale to create an adaptive culture used for competitive advantage.

I managed a team of nine recruiters, overseeing daily operations covering areas in New York City, and the Bay Area of California.

Recruited, screened, interviewed, explained benefits, and qualified applicants for employment. Prepared forms and documents related to background checks and hiring process. Sourced for passive candidates using phone calls, email campaigns, presentations, and table engagements at job fairs.
