I was a core member of ERP COE and was responsible to manage ERP Migration from Coincap and implementation of Microsoft Navision. I was part of end to end lifecycle spanning across as-is understanding, creating business blue print, liaising with business teams, developing to be process designs, designing overall reporting structure, obtaining UAT sign off from business, pilot implementation, go-live and support. Additionally, I was a key member of MDM Design team to establish MDM taxonomies, Migrate and Cleanse entire non transactional data between ERPs and train the organisation to use the revised MDM standards.

Executing management consulting projects through computer aided engineering and designing softwares
