Negotiate contracts with opposing counsels. Negotiate loan and mortgage settlements valued at up to $5M with banks and lending institutions. Personally managed cases from filing of the claim to the trial. Worked in a team environment to assess case credibility, develop litigation strategies, and to maximize efficiencies of the Firm.
