• MyPoints.com is a loyalty based marketing company with over 9 million active members. The technology group's primary focus was building and supporting an Java-based enterprise e-commerce ad server and mass mailer.• MyPoints.com website redesign. Timeline was moved up one month from original launch date by executive management for strategic reasons and the new website was still launched on-time and under budget. Project spanned one year and I worked with a core team of 12 individuals and multiple vendors.• Salesforce integration. Project consisted of re-hauling current Salesforce functionality, a data migration, as well as connecting directly with the proprietary e-commerce system to allow data to flow between systems. The project took about 1.5 years before the 1.0 version was launched with most of the time being spent on requirements gathering and business analysis. Many internal business folks, engineers and Salesforce contractors involved during various phases. • Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) Compliance. Accountable for documentation and ensuring engineering processes and projects were in compliance with SOX. Led the quarterly internal audits for the company.
