More than 6,000 enterprises, governments, and service providers have deployed Nimble's platform across more than 50 countries.At Nimble, I built and led a global team and oversaw all legal matters, including intellectual property, corporate, licensing, commercial transactions, M&A, employment and labor, litigation, product / corporate security, global privacy, international expansion, and overall entity compliance. Since I joined, Nimble quadrupled in employees and expanded into numerous countries in EMEA and APJ. I was the quarterback for the IPO in December 2013. We were acquired by HPE in 2017.

Inphi is a leading provider of high-speed, mixed signal semiconductor solutions for the communications and computing markets.I was responsible for building out the legal and corp dev functions, and I led execution for the IPO in November 2010.

Public and private equity and debt financing and M&A transactions, including numerous IPOs, follow on offerings, buy- and sell-side M&A transactions.
