I managed and executed statewide ARNG constructions projects totaling $40 million, managed the facility program including, maintenance, $2 million, environmental programs $2 million, quality control programs, energy management programs and management of state and federal contracts as well as cooperative agreements. I received command of this division at a critical time for the NMARNG. I made dramatic improvements in business processes and was able to correct long-standing personnel problems, which improved morale. Two stagnant construction projects were taken to 95% congressional submittal. I received superior efficiency ratings from my supervisors.

I managed all personal computing, distributive processing and telecommunications for the NMARNG. I managed our nodal piece of Reserve Component Automation System (RCAS) in 28 locations throughout the state, I managed our video teleconference system interface, encoded communication, cellular and land telephone systems, Microsoft exchange email including Blackberry Interfaces with an annual budget of over 2 million dollars as well as serving as the States senior Signal Officer. During my tenure a Gigabyte backbone was installed, the final phase of RCAS deployment was completed and personnel infrastructure was increased. I received an army meritorious commendation for my overall performance.
