Responsible for operational Financial Planning & Analysis of 4 Wind Turbine Factories located in Denmark. Manage monthly forecasting input for production accounting team as well as annual budget preparation and presentation. Main focus is on Cost-Savings initiatives and to improve the transparency over cost and productivity. I manage a team of 3 production management accountants as well as assisting the Plant Controller with ad-hoc controlling and management tasks.

Responsible for Management Accounting for South Africa and 5 regional countries in Africa. Preparation of Management Reporting Packs. Compiling and monitoring of Budgets and Forecasts as well as Controlling and Monitoring variances for various KPI’s.
