* Coordinate patient care, procedures, and maintain doctor’s schedule. * Handle insurance authorizations. * Training and creating manual for new hires. * Assistant to other MD’s when needed and translate for MD’s when needed for Vietnamese patient. * Work intimately with pharmacies, other referring doctor’s offices, Stanford, Radiology Offices, and Lab Offices to ensure patient compliance and care.

* Create travel claims, employee reimbursements, purchase requisitions, direct payment vouchers, and FLP/ Study Abroad program finances, and office supply orders. * Payroll duties: Distributing checks, maintaining faculty payroll log for Special Session.
