I managed commercial projects to develop and launch instant and liquid coffee products into global markets. I led the R&D elements of cross functional innovation using a stage gated project management framework.• I built a coffee blend reset program by aligning on business hurdle rates, factory operations, consumer trends, sustainability and future technology roadmap, using workshops for stakeholder management.• I led the implementation and roll out of Life Cycle Analysis tools to embed Carbon Footprint measures in the global project management framework. I delivered the vision, deployment and onboarded leadership to the tools, as well as building a team of 7 associates to bring the correct skillsets required for the full delivery. The team created trainings, benchmarked CO2 per cup for each category and established control procedures. I received a Management award for True Ownership and the methodology is used for external sustainability reporting.• I led productivity projects that unlocked savings in manufacturing plants. I drove risk assessments to protect regulatory claims and certifications, and updated shelf life protocols to maintain quality.• I managed the R&D deliverables on New Product Development projects, which included factory trials, Cost of Goods, sensory validation, consumer testing, specification management and aligning expectations with marketing.• I defined projects through ambiguity as a B2B product contact for JMSmuckers by scoping timelines and expectations on new blend developments with the team. • Line manager for 2 interns across 1 year, responsible for their daily coaching and performance management.• Shift lead for factory scale commissioning of pilot to factory scale coffee technology• I was a member of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) team for 2 years. • I designed, implemented and commissioned the first enterprise-wide Industry 4.0 system on a specific Chocolate process. I quantified the business case using success criteria such as IL6S process capability analysis. • I led and coordinated cross-functional risk assessments, FATs, SATs and managed system integration and Functional Design Specifications to ensure safe and operable systems were commissioned. I managed the technical development budget throughout the project and made a cost and competency supplier assessment for the roll out.• I coordinated with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and external suppliers to design and execute multiple factory technical trials to create valuable data inputs for models.• I developed complex models and managed two-way NDAs with external technical suppliers to create a system which resulted in IP for the company. I directed patent attorneys through the patent creation and filed a patent, of which I am an inventor.• I applied knowledge gained from attending Engineering Fairs and IChemE Advanced Control Conferences. I created key control strategies by applying the practice of control determination and energy balance studies. This methodology was adopted as a part of a chocolate network energy reduction program. I also successfully scoped new partnerships for viable global cross-category advanced instrumentation solutions.• I managed a project with external consultants to develop an inline measurement device to enable productivity savings. I then created and launched an enterprise-wide training module on a chocolate moulding technology.• I established best practice for advanced instrumentation roll out to remove cyber security risks and provide secure remote access, which I also shared as a case study for digital interoperability for the British Standards Institution.• I represented Mondelēz in an IChemE webinar, presenting my career experiences to future graduates.

• I was responsible for leading the delivery of $30-70k quality and safety capex projects in Sweets manufacturing.• I managed the design and installation of a centralised ATEX dust extraction system for 10 packing lines. I trained operators to run the system, ensuring the ATEX safety compliance of the packing hall. • I upgraded the hot water heat exchanger system for 4 product lines and implemented a new product temperature alarm system, improving the food safety standards & HACCP plan of the “Jellies” production lines.• I managed factory stakeholders, multiple suppliers, deadlines and delivery within capex budget.• As a result of my deliverables to the business, I received a Manager’s Award in recognition of “exceeding expectations as a leader with a notable ability to collaborate, network and create”.• Responsible for the site’s Global Efficiency Loss Analysis trained on IL6S Focussed Improvement tools.
