* Business Partner with all budget holders of indirect spend to understand actual spend to date and spend to go against forecast and budgets monthly. * Provide variance analysis monthly to budget holders reporting actuals against budget/forecast. * Produce the quarterly forecast models for indirect spend and corresponding bridges and PowerPoint presentations. * Perform a monthly review of costs with the Group CIO to understand performance vs budget/forecast and agree monthly accruals and prepayments. * Support Group CIO as appropriate on finance / accounting related issues. * Work with the Property team to monitor and control property costs within the UK group including onerous lease provisions, dilapidations accruals and capital accruals and general property costs.

* Responsible for providing support to the business throu gh financial analysis and modelling to improve the decision making. * Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risk-making process. * Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems. * Monitoring of financial performance and development of internal reporting systems and controls and IT applications. * Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting and cashflow activities. * Financial analysis of the weekly performance of the business against t he annual budget, daily tracking of business energy consumption and monitoring of the market for any changes in energy price. * Initial set up of weekly internal Key Performance Indicators to identify profitable parts of the business. * Form part of Senior Leadership Team and make strategic decisions regarding changes in customer base, pricing model, Capex/OPEX review and investigation.

* Completion and preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts. * Preparation and distribution of monthly financial information. * Full preparation of monthly management accounts. * Management and administration of the General Ledger accounting, inter-company and fixed asset register. * Co-ordinate the annual audit and preparation of statutory accounts. * Oversee monthly payroll submission. * Providing support to the Finance Director on the day to day routines and reporting. * To analyse and investigate all manufacturing variances including monthly material cycle counts and order variances. * ERP implementation in one of our subsidiaries. * Providing support to finance department across the group.
