- Monitor & track product development KPI.- Buyoff & qualify prototype sample and new production line 4M readiness.- Cascading customer requirement into internal requirement.- Responsible for Product Validation (PV) test completion.- Initiate prototype process document – Control plan, Inspection report, Supplier Inspection Standard, Special Characteristics & etc.- Coordinating customer PPAP deliverables between cross functional team & seek for customer PSW approval for initial production.- Drive lessons learned compliance into new product design & new process.- Setup Firewall station & manpower arrangement.- Responsible in Complaint Management & Corrective Action and be the Team Leader for the 8D for initial production.

- Key customer window for Suzuki, Ford & Proton project.- Responsible in Complaint Management & Corrective Action and be the Team Leader for the 8D for mass production.- Responsible in monitoring customer’s performance rating / scorecard / data review in customer portal and to act accordingly.- Involve with supplier discussion for customer complaint related supplier.- Lead for internal process change request (PCR) towards customer PSW approval.-Coordinating customer PPAP deliverables between cross functional team & seek for customer PSW approval for mass production.- Responsible for VDA 6.5 (Product Audit)- Create lessons learned from current product into new product design and new process engineering.- Lead KAIZEN project towards customer quality incident improvement.

- Response to internal quality issue by tracking and solving the issue.- Take part in daily quality production meeting to discuss on FPY, Scrap, Downtime, etc.- Buyoff & qualify new product variant changes & 4M changes in production line with monitoring.- Lead for quality issue in production line.- Participate for improvement/ Jishuken activity with other cross section.- Plan & perform annual process audit (VDA 6.3) & related customer audit.- Lead for continuous improvement of Firewall inspection in Japan to reduce high escapee to Suzuki, Japan.- Frequent review & update Control plan for WWG, Fuso, Suzuki & Ford customer.
