I handled time and per diem for workers to get paid,

I handled payroll time and per diem for employees to get paid. I also handled invoicing for the company to get paid as well as the plants.

Compare hours worked vs hours paid for field employees. Report discrepancies to the direct managers. Serve as payroll backup. Enter daily time for field employees into ADP. Compare track hours to hours paid at various local plants. Assist in retrieving PO numbers for the Billing Department. Retrieve and send out daily reports to managers. Various clerical duties when needed.

Accountable for creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to the customer for payment in a timely manner. Mailing out invoices and assisting customers with any issues they may have with invoices.

I teach 1 year olds skills needed for development. I work with parents on various types of learning issues. I work with different teachers as well. I love on my babies!!
