During my 12 years as an educator, I was extensively trained in leadership, continuous improvement, assessments, and the PDSA cycle -SMART goals, team building, standardization, NGT, research, needs assessments, etc. . I am now using the skills and information I have attained in the education setting to help businesses become more viable forces in the market place and the communities in which they serve. I work with non and for profit organizations to help acquire resources, including funding, to make their goals possible. I believe in connecting my clients to quality resources and vendors to create relationships that will benefit all involved. It is not enough for one in the community to thrive.
