Supportive home care aims to improve a participants safety and ability to function through direct and indirect assistance. SHC services provide observation and support in daily living including areas such as self administering medication, meal preparation, bill payment and other non-employment related activities. This also covers chores which assist the participant in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe home environment.

Gallery shifts primarily included answering visitor questions, enforcing values and policies, and recording data. Position required dependability and flexibility to ensure shifts are staffed and unscheduled emergencies are covered. Event shifts involved ensuring safety of museum property, assisting vendors, and communicating with visitors. Trained in inclusion and actively carrying out equality in interactions. Displayed adaptability and proficiency in tasks through observation and by doing. Front desk and events required leadership through facilitating rounds and carrying out closing procedures.

The primary project focused on preparation and coordination for the museums 65th Annual Art Fair on the Square. The 2023 event involved over 400 artists in addition to various food vendors, live music and performances. Previous years have seen crowd averages of 200,000 visitors. This project involved high communication with sponsors, artists, vendors, and volunteers. Communication included channels such as phone, email, and account or subscription based platforms. The position also called for occasional investigation and reporting on topics such as trends, artists, and tools.The secondary project was an independent research and design presentation that highlighted possibilities for a future membership tier redesign. Through a Consumer Behavior lens, several themed areas were highlighted as possible routes for maximizing visitor engagement. Possible initiatives were also guided by department insight on the goals of a future membership redesign.

Worked on teams of 3-6 members to complete chronological tasks. Specialized to complete small details as well as overall presentation. Demonstrated dependability by showing up on time and for every shift despite long commuting.
