* Managing the production lines within a ‘High Care’ environment producing 50,000 ready meals per day * Constantly looking to reduce downtime from line set-ups and product changeover by improving production planning * Ensuring that the daily production plan is met safely, within budget requirements and to customer specifications * Adopting a Lead Methodology and critically reviewing all areas of manufacturing in order to further streamline processes and reduce waste * Regularly analysing production KPIs and OEE in order to identify areas of improvement * Ensuring that company best practice processes are implemented by regularly liaising with the QA department * Overseeing the preparation and cooking processes in ‘Low Care’ to ensure that GMP and HACCP are adhered to * Responsible for closing down procedures, ensuring the company’s stringent hygiene procedures are adhered to during full clean down and securing the premises at the end of each backshift Show less

Initially FLM on shift, responsible for twenty five staff who work on Line 3 which provides 70% of the site's volume. Responsible for driving performance whilst maintaining Line 3's excellent quality standards (Pepsico's best performing PC line in the country for complaints). Best performing shift for volume fill and also lowest complaints. Empathic management style, excellent people skills and experienced in getting the best out of front line employees.Currently the Lead FLM on site for the Lean Enterprise that is being rolled out across all of Pepsico's European sites. Supporting the facilitation of Kaizen events, Lean training and ultimately supporting and developing the continuous improvement culture on site. Show less
