Introduced new Fundamental Test Process and documentation based on industry standards. Excellent customer support to a diverse range of customers including Council Chief Executive Officers, Elected Members and frontline staff. General Experience: 26 years service with one large organisation in the Public Sector moving up the ranks through promotions. Leeds City Council has 17,000 staff, 12,000 PC users and 10,000 PCs. Flexible and adaptable, learning quickly through on the job experience, formal training and qualifications.
