• Responsible for the IT Operations across 8 offices. • Manage a team of 2 staff• Assist in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the Australia & New Zealand IT infrastructure• Oversee the administration of the company's WAN• Manage and develop upgrades to the telephone systems• Oversee troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, disaster recovery and provide expert support where necessary• Work with project teams to help implement Internal Systems• Oversee all help desk activities for Australia & New Zealand• Assist / oversee escalated help desk issues• Build and maintain vendor relationships and manage the purchase of hardware and software products• Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly• Hold regular status meetings with the team• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion• Serve as a main point of contact on all IT-related matters for the Sydney Office

• Responsible for the day to day management and maintenance of IT Systems for EBS Consulting and provide on-site technical support and service for a wide variety of SMB clients• IT Support to a small team of internal staff• Understand the service standards and levels required by business customers• Manage and Maintenance of Active Directory 2000 Environment, Symantec Backup Exec, Linux Sendmail, MYOB• Provide Technical Insurance Assessments of water / fire / electrical damaged IT equipment for the insurance consultancy side of the business• Provide technical solutions, level 1 & 2 support and technical advise to the business’s SMB Clients• Liaise with external hardware, software and ICT service vendors
