-Ensure coal quantity & quality pit to port, and stockpiling management before barge/vessel loading-Quality forecast product of IMM data collection from lab, mine plan and geology, then classified quality MSY & PSY-Ensure transaction PSY, coal loading, unloading coal in the Mine Market system is correct-Determine/assess Coal Quality and Quantity product delivered from MSY to PSY, and coordinate with superior and Port Operation to update stockpile quality-Planning a sequence of shipments by reflecting the data from the mine to determine the predictive shipment-Analyze compliance between actual product quality and target based on by IMM production plan, stock inventory at BoCT, and apply the analyzed data to coordinate with superior and planer CBIC to adjust/design blending proportion of available products at ITM’s port stockyards to ensure optimum quality or modify/change blending proportion to obtain/optimize for upcoming shipments especially those of valued customers -Coordinate with superior to conduct comprehensive investigation Pit to Port and gather information from all contributors then discuss to find solution and prevention-Supply Quality and Quantity coal production (IMM) and barging to BoCT (TCM, BEK, JBG)
