Service delivery and equipment management: Allocation of orders to vendors Generating quotations and invoices  Ensure suppliers deliver according to expected ETA dates Regular follow up on order deliveriesService Quality: Ensure adherence to standards with properly approved documentation Make recommendation in relation to service improvement plans Ensure correct supplier prices are calculated Evaluate internal procurement process to ensure optimal service quality Follow up on Proof of delivery (POD) Communicate progress with customersManaging Customer and Supplier relationships: Maintain a professional relationship with customers and service providers Generating of customer invoices, sending out of customer monthly statements Ensure that escalated queries are managed efficiently Co-ordinate service delivery on behalf of the customer Liaise with customers to clarify business needs as per account manager’s directive Deal with any customer request directly Obtain quotes as per customer needs and liaise with prospective suppliers Diary Management & Travel arrangement:  Communicate appointment details with customers and/or relative manager Travel arrangements and accommodation for the entire Management and sales teamResponsible for Tenders/Quotations: Register the company as a vendor with various entities Prepare tender documentation as per the requirements of the tender advert/communication Receive and compile required information from various department/staff for tender Deal with respective suppliers and obtain quotes in order to do costing on tenders Liaise with management regarding pricing for tenders Compile all quotes/ presentations relating to tenders Accurately complete tender documentation according the specifications of the tender Ensure all tender documentation is signed by senior management Ensure product compliance with all required legislation or specifications
