• Specially responsible of the projects related to critical infrastructure and logistic partners. Multiple operational ventures located in Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, France, and Italy. • Communicate plans, initiatives, and strategy while tracking regulatory proposals and analyzing their potential impact on client’s business.• Anticipate potential issues, highlight project risks, and manage to change technical requirements by effectively suggesting solutions or contingency plans at the appropriate stage of projects.• Maintain and implement administrative policies and procedures within the company complying with certification requirements. • Review, report and forecast on project (e.g. budget evolution and usage, process adherence, quality level, progress metrics).

Extensive scrutiny to identify root causes of Loss, Fraud, Impersonation Attempts and Security Breaches.• Digital Surveillance: Track key metrics in social media and media channels through Social Monitoring/Listening techniques and tools (Ex: Talkwalker, Aldara). • Constituent of the UN “Children’s Unit”, which monitored the implementation of children’s rights. Interventions were prioritized for the most vulnerable victims, including girls exposed to human trafficking, child labor, sexual and gender-based violence and forced marriage. • Especially responsible for writing the Millennium Goals Report significance for this office. Secured acceptable conditions in prisons, schools and hospitals within the framework of the UN Convention Against Torture.• Development of a project in the city of Mankranso with the objective of informing the population about the administrative capacity of their local government and the promotion of sustainable livelihoods in the province.
