- Responsible for client interface, co-ordination, training program, and technology transfer to the Royal Commission for electrical, telecommunication, and instrumentation disciplines- Directed, monitored, supervised, and managed A/E and construction contractors performance- Extensive diversified electrical, telecommunication, and instrumentation design and construction work in infrastructure facilities such as power plants, buildings, schools, refineries, sea water cooling, desalination plants, distribution system and air ports. - Preparation of technical documents, specifications, bid packages, reports, studies, design / construction guidelines, and participation in technical bid evaluation.

- Responsible for constructing outage modifications on Diablo Canyon Power Plant (2200MW)- Leading various engineers and designers to develop design modification packages to meet tight schedules during the outages- Co-ordinated and resolved all interface problems between contractors, manufacturers, and client- Preparing man-hours estimate/budget and schedule for all electrical modifications during the construction outages- Monitored Field Change Notices (FCN) and as built submittals.

- Responsible for scheduling outage modifications and leading the design group to modify single line diagram, battery sizing, and evaluate the DC system for class 1E components- Preparing technical specifications, and evaluate system redundancy and electrical separation for class 1E systems to comply with the NRC requirements.

- Reviewed as built conditions and modifications for Pacific Gas and Electric (utility) plants- Review the system calculations (under voltage and equipment sizing). - Involved in the Independent Design And Construction Assessment (IDCA) review performed by Stone and Webster Company

- Evaluated and reviewed employee concerns for testing procedures, engineering participation and installation methods of the actuators of stand-by diesel generators- Review of the applicable licensing commitments, design criteria, technical specifications and prepare periodic reports for management review- Developed the verification and the overview program to ensure the adequate implementation of the recommended corrective actions

- Developed design change packages which involved equipment sizing, voltage drop calculations- Ensure the proper implementation of the design packages and resolve design and construction problems- Responsible for scheduling/cost estimate, co-ordinating activities with all disciplines and providing construction support- Monitoring performance of contractors and sub-contractors - Design modifications and updating the design of general electric control room instrumentation to meet the requirements of NRC Regulatory guide 1.97. Also interfaces with General Electric to resolve problems in the design between start-up, engineering and construction

- Responsible for the Nuclear Steam Supply System(NSSS), electrical design of advance control room concept, and power generation control complex- Interaction between the client, General Electric, and Bechtel on the design change packages, construction support, electrical separation, and fire protection

- Designed and developed electrical schematic diagrams and wiring diagrams for motor control system, switch gears and 120Vac and 125Vdc distribution systems
