* Responsible to roll out SOA & Agile strategy to be adopted across all HP BU’s with specific focus on developing the structure, processes, and tools to enable Agile that can scale across the enterprise to globally transform the IT Software Development Lifecycle tied to SOA and SaaS systems development. * Responsible for promoting and setting up Service Registry as common service cataloging tool for 7000+ employees within HP IT. * As a Product Owner was responsible for redefining Service Lifecycles/requirements and overall user interface, feature prioritization, defining enterprise-wide rollout and adoption plan for Service Registry. * Responsible to establish, communicate, promote, enable systems development and management approaches that will improve productivity, enterprise agility and systems support/maintainability. * Responsible to articulate issues and content at the VP and CIO level.

* Responsible for Architect, Design and Delivery of client's(Symantec) critical Integration projects like IPL(In-Product Licensing), STB(Solution To Book) and PGP/GE. * Lead implementation of Integration projects based on EAI/Web Services Technologies. * Responsible for day-to-day management tasks like project estimation, resource allocation, hiring contractors, attending TRR sessions. * Engage with Enterprise Architecture teams to identify and incorporate standards for architecture and integration. * Participate in requirements gathering and functional design sessions for Integration projects with cross-functional teams. * Facilitate Architecture review meetings for Integration projects with Enterprise Architecture and InfoSec teams. * Assist Project Managers with project management activities like Cutover planning, Transfer to Operations.

* As part of the Office of CIO group played integral part during the HPE - HPI split and Day 1, Day 2 activities(strategy and planning of how the mission critical applications will be split to ensure data privacy and security) * Liaison with external auditors and internal project teams to ensure the audits are successfully completed. * Working on new initiatives/programs (VDLM, TSA exit etc.) to drive efficiency and agility within new organization. * Responsible for defining and improving IT processes, mainly in portfolio, program and project management area.

* Senior Lead responsible for Architect, Design and Delivery of Integration projects within various Back-Office sub-tracks like Renewals, Licensing, Finance, PeopleSoft. * Lead implementation of Integration projects based on EAI/Web Services Technologies. * Member of Integration Competency Centre, responsible for creating standards, best practices to be followed for integration projects. * Engage with Enterprise Architecture teams to identify and incorporate standards for architecture and integration. * Participate in requirements gathering and functional design sessions for Integration projects with cross-functional teams.
