* Whilst working at The Cumberland in the Mortgage Services team my main role was calculating redemption figures, processing payments, responding to information requests and providing behind the scenes support to colleagues working in branches. * Other duties included: * Processing paperwork and payments upon the redemption of mortgages * Administrative tasks on our conveyancing panel * Organising the movement of Deeds * Producing redemption statements * Running monthly audits * Ensuring records are kept up to date * Communicating with customers and solicitors- providing ongoing support and information * Training new members of staff * Assisting the team with general administrative tasks

* I am currently undertaking a postgraduate placement as a Purchasing Assistant at Pirelli. My role is varied and is rarely the same day to day. I work alongside the Purchasing Manager assisting and supporting with a variety of duties including: * Contract and tendering activities * Working closely with internal stakeholders * Supplier management and procuring of a selection of goods and service * Supporting the business through identification of cost reductions * Liaising with suppliers to solve issues and build business relationships * Following group / local purchasing procedures * Analysing data, enabling service and cost opportunities to be identified * Reacting to requests for information in a timely manner * Additionally, whilst working at Pirelli I have gained experience using SAP.
