As the Director of Human Resources at Wicker Smith, a full-service litigation law firm, I manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, retention, employee relations, and policy implementation. I have a strong background in legal recruiting and marketing.In my current role, I oversee the human resources functions for over 600 employees across 16 offices in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Arizona. I am responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, retain, and motivate a diverse and talented workforce, as well as ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. I also handle employee relations issues, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee recognition programs.
