Responsible for the creation and execution of multi-year strategic plans, annual operating plans, capital plans, and HR strategies for third party assessment, rehabilitation and related services provided at Trillium Health Partners. This includes oversight and responsibility for the quality of patient care, efficiency and effectiveness of services, business development, customer satisfaction and risk management.

Managing and leading globally funded and third party rehabilitation teams across 2 hospital sites.

Assess the practice of Physiotherapy registrants in Ontario in accordance with standards and essential competencies of the profession. Coaching to meet the standards and competencies of the profession.

Managing and leading interdisciplinary, individualized, non-globally funded, complex injury outpatient rehabilitation programs focusing on quality, outcomes, patient safety and effective fiscal management.

Oversight of UHN's wellness program across all sites; O&ED project work including leadership development, workplace bullying, mental health in the workplace.

Provision of neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy services within the community setting.
