As an executive member in the Good Food Society, I organised food events for the University of Warwick’s students. I raised funds for charities. I controlled and forecasted society’s budget (around £2,500). I enhanced student’s knowledge about eating habits in different countries.

During the Company Consultancy Project, my team and I had the chance to work on a real life case provided by Bain & Company. We worked closely with our client to implement and develop a Knowledge Management System suitable for their company.

When working for the BNP Paribas, I implemented a digital platform for daily banking activities for BNP Paribas customers and employees. Through the digitalization of client relations, I created a trust-based client relationship to promote retention and loyalty. I have had to tackle fraud due to those new technologies in the banking sector which made me realized the impact of digitalization on daily banking operations and the legal and security problems it’s generating. Moreover, as transactions are shaping the economic world, I have seen how contactless payment and people related to it is evolving.
