With 20 years of experience as a naval officer, I managed fuel transportation processes and ensured full compliance with safety standards and maritime regulations. I implemented environmental safety protocols during fuel transfer and offloading operations.

I worked as the Director of Operations and Intelligence for a fleet of 11 ships.- Planning the 1 and 5 year operations and training of the ships,- Planning national and international exercises and coordinating with private and state institutions,- Organizing the promotion and press activities of the fleet,- Preparation of safety and security plans for the military base, operation of security activities,- Fulfillment of intelligence missions of the military base, - Ensuring the interoperability of the fleet headquarters' departments,- Planning and organizing seminars, fairs and workshops on mine warfare, - Coordination of NATO missions of mine-hunting ships, I fulfilled its tasks with 2 departments and 15 staff.

At the Naval Academy, which has 1200 students and is a boarding school;- To organize building maintenance and repair activities of students' living quarters (Dormitory, Dining Hall, Cafeteria, Canteen),- Operation of the kitchen and dining hall (procurement of ingredients, cooking and serving of meals),- Providing open area botanical arrangement, landscaping (cleaning-maintenance-repair) of the entire campus,- Maintenance, repair and operation of 50 sailboats and yachts in the Marina,- Planning and organizing social activities such as cinema, theater, concerts, etc,- Planning, organizing and executing the School's graduation and homecoming ceremonies attended by the President of the Republic; I carried out the management of their tasks with my team of 150 people.

As a ship commander, I have developed myself in the areas of coordinated work of different units, making decisions in sudden situations, working in difficult working conditions, keeping the morale and motivation of the personnel high, and leading the personnel. I have combined the experience I have gained by leading the units I have served for more than 10 years with managerial experience.

- I was the operations manager of an 11-ship fleet.- My main responsibilities were to prepare the operational and training activity plans of the ships, planning and management of national and international exercises, preparing statements for press activities, organizing the activities of foreign personnel participating in the exercises, IT and documentation activities of the operations office.

- For 10 years, I served as a branch/section manager and executive officer on mine hunting ships. - During this period, I managed and directed 50 personnel.- My main responsibilities were to ensure that the personnel performed their duties in harmony; to plan individual and team trainings; to carry out planned maintenance of communication, command and control and underwater combat systems; and to fulfill the daily work plan of the ship.
