• Coordination of the Project activities including all stages of project life cycle. Role – Project Manager; • Reporting to IT Functional Lead; • Lead IT project scoping and support business case preparation • Set up project plan and schedule • Propose project structure, deliverables, project KPIs, criteria's of success • Regularly report on the project execution status • Participate in project budget justification, budget approval, monitor budget, actual, commitments • Participate in vendor and solution selection if relevant • Constantly monitor business case and keep it up to date • Keep control over project activities, escalate issues, propose corrective actions if needed • Assess risks and identify mitigation actions, keep risks updated • Escalate risks and issues to SteerCo • Setup hand over activities to support during project completion • Make sure project documentation is in place • Make sure information system integration aspect is managed • Keep all relevant stakeholders aligned & updated on project progress and issues • Advise on required change management activities; make sure change management activities are aligned with project schedule • Ensure company quality and standards are applied to all deliverables • Responsible for following the defined project methodology

• Project management of logistics projects• Logistics Business Process modeling, GAP analyses, audit, creation of "as is" and "to be" schemes• Optimization of FG distribution, TMA, FG returns business processes• Implementation WH & FG distribution (from WH to clients) best practices • Defining weak areas for future improvement (automatization)• Creation Functional Requirements for WMS implementation• Preparation for ERP and WMS implementation• Negotiation with suppliers• Tender&Vendor management, reference visits• Risk analyses• Preparation new warehouses blueprints
