Learned program design as well as a variety of techniques used by the Stanford Sports Performance team. Helped coach Stanford athletes in their strength and conditioning routines as well as learned and refined my coach skills. This was under the supervision and guidance of Brandon Marcello and Jason Quan.

Observed and learned strength and conditioning methodology, rehabilitation, and injury prevention used by the San Jose Sharks Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, Mike Potenza. Lead players through warm up and aided in directing them through their strength and conditioning programs.

I created an internship Program for the EXOS facility in Mountain View Ca. Previously there was nothing established so I compiled educational material, set lesson plans, selected interns, organized their arrival, conducted daily education, assigned tasks, and managed their schedules.

* Responsibilities Including but not limited to: * Managed and drove sale objectives * Monthly reporting related to revenue, member visits and payroll. * Making sure revenue goals are met. * Growing the program and team (hired over 50 new staff members and grew client program engagement over 30% in two years). * Creating and implementing pilots * Marketing new programs to the Google population. * Managing price points within the program, including refunds, adding/removing trainers and system changes. * Leading growth and development of the personal training team both individually and as a whole to insure clients are receiving the best training and coaching possible. * Overseeing customer service and professional conduct of personal trainers and all employees. * Managing trainer requests from clients. * Owning the central fitness center and helping to open/close and run the program at a premium service level. * Assisting trainers with secondary tasks and responsibilities that support the training business ie. Scheduling, programming, payroll reporting. Etc..
