I am a geomechanics engineer with expertise in underground and open pit mining. I started my career in consulting. Consulting gave me opportunities to work on many interesting projects world-wide, ranging from short-term assignments at various mining operations to long PFS/FS studies. After receiving my PhD, I joined the technical services group at the Lac des Iles mine (North American Palladium), Ontario, Canada, as a Manager of Geomechanical Services. Recently, I started with Kazzinc (a Glencore company) in Kazakhstan as the Head of Geomechanics.
