Serving as point of contact for administration of over 18 defined benefit pension plans. Programming and designing online benefit tools for clients, providing participants direct access to pension estimation applications and educational resources tailored to their specific benefits. Evaluated and resolved disagreements regarding diversity, alcohol and drug abuse, and academic performance via community discussions and proposed resolutions with follow-up to track progress. Provided customer service and assistance to SeaWorld guests. Customized suggested park schedules to tailor guests' needs and desires in order to provide the best possible experience in the park. Upheld security of six stadiums between scheduledperformances.

Headed the screening of student and faculty service requests for MySanDiego online portal system. Analyzed and reported bi-weekly statistics on portal traffic to identify and track user errors to better create effective updates. Responsible for gathering data, testing and reporting on new applications and developments in MySanDiego portal.

Selected to participate in research on computer science one on one with Professor Simon Koo at the University of San Diego prior to beginning undergraduate studies. Created a local area network for a campus computer lab. Researched three-dimensional graphic environments and designed a promotional advertisement for the continuing year’s Pre-Undergraduate Research Experience.

Created and managed website for district-wide music education program. Designed graphics and layout of site for ease of use. Controlled all technical aspects of the website, including site efficiency and approving all site content. Additionally managed online forum with approximately two hundred members and over one thousand posts and threads.
