* Supply Chain_ Medium & Long Term Planning * Main Activities: * Constraints Management, Industrial and “Buy” in term of suppliers capacity in order to ensure Operative Plan feasibility with a particular focus at Scheduling stability, measured and monitored by KPIs * Phase in/out Management_ Guarantee New Models/Versions Start of production according to materials availability, suppliers readiness and lead actions aimed at obsolescence minimization (Cost for Model/Version ‘s End of Production) * Portfolio Analysis_ Analyze Portfolio structure in detail to detect and prevent any king of risks (business interruptions due to Volume increase, Lead Time, Procurement) and Optimize Orders allocation making Plant’s saturation efficient * Make Planning coherently with what forecasted * New tooling assessment * Cross Region Activities_ cooperate with IRF Team and Nafta colleagues in case of Supplier capacity sharing / Procurement.

* Follow up the MPS achievement and propose preventives actions regarding material availability to ensure MPS realization. * Responsible for setting up a proper raw materials and components inventory levels. * Define and lead actions connected with inventory reductions with his components families. * Measure the DPM for each supplier. Propose action plans to improve the service level. * Follow up and report daily the inventory level of his raw material and components families. * Attend Logistics/Purchasing meetings and follow up related action plans. * Support the implementation with the appropriate departments (APU, Logistics, Purchasing, VPS) tools and methods in order to improve the supply chain organization like Pull flow, Kanban, EDI, Milk run. * Define with the External flow analyst the inbound transportation plans. * Activity perimeter: Italy, Spain, Germany and Far East countries
