Manager for a team of 5 accountants, responsible for the accounting process as a whole and part of the Executive Committee of the firm - Owner of 300 clients relationships, ranging from individual companies to international groups, in charge of planning - Responsible for the full accounting process, from initial meetings to the production of accounts and invoice issuance - Achievements with clients include: Production and/or review of Annual Reports, Monthly or Quarterly Reports, GST declarations, Payroll and any other accounting jobs Setting up a Monthly reporting for an international groups Procurement of solutions to implement accounting and daily duties processes Development of the administrative / Legal services business (Renewal of Employment Agency License, IRAS, Singapore Tourism Board...) Being the fronting party with our clients’ auditors - Strong involvement to improve internal organisation: Setting up of KPIs to enhance planning and follow up In charge of the release of a new IT tool Proposal and organization of regular trainings for the accounting team

* In charge of turnover, segment information and scope of consolidation follow up as part of the consolidation process * Relating to the internal P&L and balance sheet review, responsible for turnover, operational result and capital expenditure * Involved in the controlling process to improve synergies between reporting and consolidation departments * Led quarterly analysis meetings of consolidated aggregates of P/L between reporting and accounting departments and head of business * Prepared segment information in relation to the merger with SUEZ (completed in July 2008).
