* Front line advisor taking inbound customer calls from suppliers and colleagues across the business. * Resolving customer complaints * Manage the customer expectations and agreeing timescales with the customer to reach resolution. * Liaising with other suppliers and departments within the business * Speaking to external stakeholders such as National Grid (Transco), MPAS (Electricity National Database). * Agreeing payment plans * Being fully compliant with all regulations set by the company and OFGEM * Carry out health and safety site inspections * Compile and produce site reports to then discuss in meetings with 300 plus staff * Make recommendations on how to improve health and safety at work * Carry out risk assessments for individuals * Chair and lead meetings with other health and safety champions * Creating short and long term action plans to reduce hazards and near hits within the workplace
