* During the tenure of internship, I have conducted research on National Company Law Tribunal * orders and drafted legal notice and also assisted in on going cases by drafting demand * notice and petition pertaining to operational debt.

* During the tenure of my internship, I have handled various tasks such as drafting of legal * notices, preparing and updating MIS data and contract keeping, proof reading of contracts, * and other tasks of similar nature.

At this organisation, I had the responsibility of the following work:-i. I was responsible for legal advisory and compliance support to the Liquidator in Liquidation of Corporate Debtor involved in business of tourism & travel business with global operations. Further I was responsible in drafting of Personal Guarantor Application before National Company Law Tribunal.ii. At this Law Firm, I had the oppprtunity to work on the following assignments i. I was responsible for representing Financial Creditor such as Banks, Financial institution in Application filed under section 7 of the Code & also representing Insolvency Professionals in the Interlocutory Application filed before the Hon’ble NCLT, Mumbai & Kolkata. ii. I was also tasked with assignments involving invocation of Personal Guarantees vide Demand Notice under the aegis of the Code and relevant Rules. iii. My further responsibilities included, representing the Banks in the Original Application & Summary Suit filed before the Debt Recovery Tribunal-III, Vashi & Thane District Court (Sr. Division) respectively for recovery of outstanding dues from the borrowers and guarantors. Also defend Banks before the Debt Recovery Tribunal-III, Vashi in Securitization Application filed by the Borrowers. iv. My responsibilities apart from Litigation include providing Legal Opinion to the Banks with their normal course of business apart from recovery.
