As the Practice Principal at Bambrick Legal, I am an experienced Solicitor routinely acting in Federal and State jurisdictions. I provide commercial and business transactions advice, personal and corporate insolvency advice and estate planning advice. I am also a registered migration agent.I act for a variety of clients, corporate and private, with respect to civil, construction, estate and taxation disputes and 'white collar' crime, whilst also looking for commercial solutions and alternative dispute resolution strategies. I have worked for the Australian Taxation Office, primarily in Part IVC Litigation (administrative law) and regulatory prosecutions (criminal law).
