I have undertaken sole responsibility for services, having received promotion from my previous role. I manage all IT services within 3 UK offices, encompassing 16 servers and 100 employees, producing reports for the CFO detailing IT budget plans and expenditure, as well as managing inventory and company assets. I have successfully identified areas to improve cost-efficiencies with IT procurement, switching suppliers and renegotiating contracts where required. I have documented IT systems and produced comprehensive disaster recovery plans, ensuring all plans are relevant and up-to-date. This has also involved standardising IT systems within the UK offices to improve support and consistency, while also managing license agreements and ensuring that renewals are made on time

TradeDoubler sold part of their services to NetBooster and following this acquisition, I was requested by NetBooster to oversee the transition of IT services from TradeDoubler to NetBooster, and provide comprehensive support for the new enterprise. I have successfully rebuilt the infrastructure with new domain controllers and file servers for all 3 sites, including firewalls, leased lines, office fit outs, networking, domain, security and phone systems. Additionally, I have successfully migrated the organisation from an Exchange system onto Google Apps, recreated email and domain accounts, deploying services to reimage all machines. I have produced and implemented a range of services for AD, DNS, DHCP, sites & services, WSUS, Deployment, Print Services and Web, which were established in a virtualised environment utilising VMWare VSphere to enable effective processing of business server requirements. I have also implemented a comprehensive ticketing system to provide helpdesk support in accordance with user requirements

I worked within a team to provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, as well as administering IT systems for 600 employees across 19 countries. I liaised with Business Unit Managers to implement annual budgets for IT within the UK, ensuring all systems can be managed within the remit while also providing support for technicians to manage stock and on-site requirements. I have worked in conjunction with vendors to procure the most cost-effective hardware and software to meet with business requirements. Additionally, I have provided comprehensive support, development and coaching for the Junior IT Technicians in order to meet with individual objectives.
