- Implement, and monitor the corporate internal communication plan- Develop content, materials, and tools for corporate internal communication- Provide support for organizing corporate internal events- Build, negotiate, manage, and control the budget

- Curate engaging content in keeping with brand guidelines and company positioning (on-site and off-site)- Manage social media channels including Instagram,Facebook, Twitter, while increasing total audience size and engagement.- Organize of the company's various events (design, invitations, logistics, and reception).- A brand ambassador at all times, both in and out of the company and on personal social media accounts.- Help to ensure event budget is on-track and quantify the impact of events.- Ensure the content writing and communication updates on internal, external, platforms.- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly progress updates on the status of internal, external events including current participation and agendas.- Support and assist the head of Africa's communication department in the deployment of global and local strategies.- Create and follow up on digital strategy, ensuring the media performance and KPls achieved.- Ensure a technological monitoring- Implementation of action plans depending on internal requesters. - Follow-up of the R/O of actions and communication KPI's. - Develop a program of actions contributing to local populations in Africa (creation of a societal baseline,selection of CSR actions, definition and follow-up of the budget, follow-up of the results KPI).- Develop and manage the monitoring/evaluation reports for all social actions carried out.

- Enhancing the group's marketing and communication strategy- Monitoring and evaluating communication activities on the Casablanca sites- Participate in developing communication action plans- Provider follow-up- Lead and organize the internal events of the company.- Animate the social networks of the group and provide content on local themes.
