I was involved in managing several eCommerce business initiatives, through the full development life cycle. I was involved in rolling out a new website across several regions. This has been developed in several different languages, whilst moving from an internal ERP to SAP application. This was a large scale multi million pound project spanning over several years. As part of this project the development platform had changed from a Java technology to .Net technology using Webtrends as the analytics engine and Endeca for the search engine.
