As engineering intern I acquired the knowledge of practical applications of my Engineering subjects. My Objective as an intern at HINOPAK was to cover process study, 5S application, layout details and tools & facilities of Fiber Reinforcement Plastic (FRP) Shop. FRP department is one of most important department of HINOPAK. Different Bus & truck parts are manufactured over here through hand lay process. Fiber reinforced plastic use to increase parts strength and reduce weight, cost and fuel consumption. In the tenure of my internship I was also given exposure to student internees from other universities as well. They were a cheered company for me.

Successfuly completed my Final Year Project “Defects Reduction and improvement in Striaght Pass Ratio (SPR) through the Application of Lean techniques” at door foaming department of Company. Also worked on several projects of continuous improvements, done activities like Value stream mapping, Time & motion study and Quality audits in refrigerator manufacturing plant.
