* Provide support to client operations during the project closeout * and warranty period. * Responsible during the warranty period for all the calls for * warranty submitted by the client * Monitor the vendor technician arrivals to the country and * organize for all the required support from the local * subcontractor

* In charge of Construction work involving Civil, Structural, * Mechanical, piping and Electrical/Instrument, site engineering * supervision. * Attend all senior management follow-up progress meetings & coordination meetings. * Monitor and verify material submittals, shop drawings, process etc * Follow up with the project schedule and ensure the completion as * targeted. * Verify & approve completion certificates, as built drawings and * O&M manuals. * Preparation of monthly progress reports for review and approval * by the Senior. * Directs manpower and construction. Equipment to attain the * maximum efficiency of construction operation. Analyzes progress * reports and data and coordinate with the site manager to * recommend construction action. * Monitor the quality of the work and ensure the following of the * subcontractor’s procedure & specifications. * Monitor and coordinate the subcontractors activity to ensure * continuity of job progress and maximum efficiency in the * construction operation
