Job Responsibilities:- Review Calculation of Operator /Aggregator Official Traffic Reports- Responsible for Client Share Calculation and Revenue allocation for Actel clients- Register Client Share (AP) expenses on Finance solution (PIMS).- Manage office monthly expenses, control petty cash expenditures and register it on PIMS- Responsible of Actel Bank account reconciliation. - Responsible for managing and maintaining clients' Statements of Accounts and the settlement of due payments and related taxes.- Responsible for verification and reconciliation of Clients' issued invoices to Actel.- Building good relationship with Actel banks to ensure swift handling of our transfers and accounts in a timely fashion.- Prepare and handle Payroll accounting.- Calculate monthly revenue provisions and their related registration on PIMS.- Prepare monthly Trial Balance and Fixed asset depreciation.- Prepare financial reports and Responsible for the end of year financial closing.- Manage and assign tasks to the finance team in Egypt - Responsible for monthly performance and task reviews for the finance team members in Egypt- Coordinate all financial related activities with Group Finance team ensuring the adherence to company's best practices and requirements.
