Responsible for flight operations reconciliation, reconciling charter details, monthly compilation of performance tracking metrics, producing monthly financial statements, A/P duties such as: processing vendor invoices and reconciling credit card statements, A/R duties such as: client invoice processing, cash receipts processing and collection follow-up on past due accounts. Efficiently completed all tasks above using: Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel.
