Partnered with the AIG Technology team to assist with large-scale migration from Dell desktops to HP Blades. Involved in all phases of the project, from planning to level 2 support for users who have recently migrated. Collaborating with vendors who provide necessary hardware support for the project. Planning, implementation, and maintenance of a database in MS Access that kept the inventory of blades for AIG. Daily tasks included working with HP CCI Solution/Altiris DS software to manage Blade PC, developing and deploying scripts to help automate the migration process, and planning for future migrations. Configuring servers with Windows 2003, 2008, Windows XP Professional, and Windows 7.
