The Ordner story began in 1987 in Hapeville, GA where Dave Ordner built his first building. Dave’s drive and passion for this project proved that he would have a bright future in this industry. Since that time, our construction professionals have spent their days supporting the foundation of our business — our valued customers. The next generation, Jeff Ordner, has spent the past 20 years working to enhance and build upon what his father started to what it has become today. We are now licensed in over 26 states and have offices in Florida and Alabama.
