JunYi Metal & Plastic Mold Co. Limited established in 2001, as an ISO9001:2000 certificated company, we offer integrated capabilities in mold design, mold making, plastic injection molding, prototyping, die casting, metal stamping and simple assembly. Equipped with lathe, drilling, and grinding; high speed CNC, EDM & wire-cutting machine and a full complement of auxiliary manufacturing functions. There are 20 sets injection molding machines, which are high precision from 60T to 400T in our injection molding department. In our printing & assembly department, there are 2 production-lines which is 20 meters, 2 sets dust-free spray-paint tanks, 15 sets silk-screen machine and 3 sets of large-sized ultrasonic welding machine for assembly.
